For middle and high school students ready to speak, think, and lead with confidence.
Whether your student is new to debate or ready to grow as a speaker and leader, CTR Factor Debate Academy provides structured coaching, practice labs, and mentorship to help them build confidence before next school year.
Founding Student Summer Pass available after the free experience. Includes weekly coaching, practice labs, a monthly intensive, and a college/confidence workshop.

CTR Factor Debate Academy offers age-appropriate pathways for middle school and high school students. Whether your student is building confidence, preparing for leadership, or ready for advanced debate, we provide a clear path for growth.
Middle School
Confidence Track
(Grades 6-8)
Students learn public speaking, argument basics, respectful disagreement, and how to organize their ideas in a fun, supportive environment.
High School
Leadership Track
(Grades 9-12)
Strengthen debate, communication, leadership, and college-ready skills. Students practice persuasive speaking, research, rebuttals, interviews, and presentation skills.
Advanced
Debate Track
(By Readiness)
For students ready to compete or go deeper. This track supports case writing, rebuttals, cross-examination, tournament preparation, and advanced performance feedback.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Weekly Coaching Sessions

Interactive, expert-led sessions focused on debate fundamentals, advanced strategy, argument development, and persuasive delivery.
Small‑Group Mentoring
(Collaboration, Leadership & Confidence)
Interactive, expert-led sessions focused on debate fundamentals, advanced strategy, argument development, and persuasive delivery.
Monthly Intensives
(Performance, Growth & Advanced Topics)
Deep‑focus sessions reinforce skills through drills, performance labs, and advanced strategy workshops. Intensives accelerate progress and prepare students for academic, competitive, and real‑world settings.
Practice Labs
(Rehearsal, Feedback & Application)
Labs provide a low‑stakes environment to rehearse speeches, test arguments, and receive targeted feedback from coaches and peers. Repetition builds confidence, clarity, and fluency.
Optional Tournament Track
(Competitive Pathways for Advanced Students)
Students who want to compete receive coaching, prep sessions, and judge feedback. Competition strengthens discipline, resilience, and strategic adaptability.
College & Career Workshops
(Admissions, Interviews & Professional Skills)
Workshops connect debate skills to college admissions, scholarship interviews, internships, and leadership opportunities. Students practice articulation, presence, and self‑advocacy.
